OBCC Parent and Caregiver Mindfulness & Compassion Program

Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic is hosting a mindfulness & compassion program for parents and caregivers. This program is facilitated by other parents and caregivers and is offered for free in a variety of languages. Please feel free to share with the parents and caregivers you support.
