Thank you so much for attending the 2022 King County School-Based Health Retreat!
We are so grateful for your presence and participation in this event. Your engagement in our sessions and breakouts truly underscored that we are better together. We appreciate all that you do and all that your contribute to this incredible network of King County SBHCs.
These retreats are designed to be valuable for you so we would love to hear how we can continue to serve you in future retreats.
Below you will find resources related to the content of the Retreat. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out:
- Lead in music – We’re so happy that our musical intro was such a hit. The song we played is called “Hayya Hayya (Better Together)” and is performed by Trinidad Cardona, Davido, and Aisha.
- What You Need to Know – Much of what we covered in the welcome portion of the Retreat is covered on our blog. You can review our welcome video as well as the “What You Need to Know” document which summarizes some key points from your agencies’ agreements with Public Health for SBHC services.
- Roster – As was noted in the Retreat, working in your own SBHC can sometimes be isolating. We encourage you to connect with partners outside of your SBHC and outside of your agencies. You can find the most current roster here on our blog.
Welcome from Community Health Services Director, Vazaskia Crockrell
YDEKC session materials – We are so grateful that Anne Powell Arias was able to join us and lead “Mapping Your School-Based Health Center’s School and Community Partnership Ecosystem”.
