In an effort to highlight new and creative ways school-based health staff are engaging youth in conversations around health and well-being, we are starting a series called It Starts with You(th).
Reconnect to Opportunity (ReOpp) supports young people ages 16 to 24, who have not finished high school. They also help those who finished, but are unsure about the next steps. They can connect young people with education, employment, and post-secondary training opportunities in King County, WA.
ReOpp is hosting “kick Backs” via Zoom so young people in King County can hang out with their peers in a (virtual) safe space. This space is designated for young people to come express themselves.
Encourage the youth in your networks to join ReOpp on Tuesday, January 26 from 4-5pm. Register here!
