Additional Marijuana and Vaping Resources

Community partners and providers working in school-based health may be interested in the following resources:

  • Youth Empowerment Policy Systems & Environment Prevention Mini-grants
  • Access to these resources can be provided by contacting Erin James with King County’s Department of Community and Human Services:
    • Youth leadership toolkits for adults who work with youth clubs and prevention groups
    • Marijuana toolkits (information guides) for adults who work with, support, or are influential in the lives of youth
    • Naloxone and overdose prevention and intervention training
  • Vape training (curriculum shared in partnership with Washington Poison Center and Prevention Works in Seattle Coalition)
