The School-Based Partnerships Program is proud to announce the release of the Best Starts for Kids (BSK) School-Based Health Enhancement Request for Proposals (RFP)! Visit the Public Health Contracts webpage for more information and to apply.
Due Date: Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017 – no later than 2:00 PM
Description: School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) are part of our County safety net system and are focused on providing services to children and adolescents who go without care. School-Based Health (SBH) is a programmatic approach to meet the health and behavior needs of youth, and falls within the BSK strategy to Sustain the Gain for children aged 5-24 years. Funds through this RFP will be awarded to a health organization (“sponsor”) of an existing SBHC to enhance or expand current services with the goal of impacting the indicators described in the RFP. Visit the Public Health Contracts webpage for more information and to apply.
Pre-Proposal Webinar: Public Health–Seattle & King County (PHSKC) will conduct a pre-proposal webinar for proposers to ask questions, raise concerns, and receive clarification about the RFP. Proposers are highly encouraged but not required to attend the pre-proposal conference. Those who do attend should review the RFP prior to attending and bring a copy of the RFP with them as paper copies will not be available.
